We guarantee the premium quality of every bottle crafted. If you receive a product with any of the following manufacturing defects, it will be replaced or refunded immediately at no additional shipping cost to you:

• The perfume bottle is broken, cracked, or leaking.
• The atomizer (spray nozzle) or pump mechanism is defective.

2. The Zénith Satisfaction Guarantee (Our 5ml Tester Policy)

To ensure you absolutely love your choice before committing to the full size, we include a complimentary 5ml Tester of the exact same fragrance with every bottle purchased. This allows you to thoroughly test the scent, projection, and longevity.

• If you are not fully satisfied: You are welcome to exchange the perfume for any other fragrance from our collection.
• The Golden Rule: To qualify for this guarantee, you must only test the 5ml sample vial. The main, full-sized bottle must remain completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.

3. General Terms for Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product for a full refund, please ensure the following criteria are met:

• The product must be in its absolute original condition and completely unused (the full-sized bottle must not have been sprayed or unsealed).
